I do like a dark room with a swaddle and sound machine but I can also work with what you have on hand.
12 to 16 weeks is ideal for working on sleep shaping, but any length of time will be successful in getting you quality sleep for the short term.
Extending a contract is always possible as long as I'm given advanced notice. I do unfortunately book up quite a ways in advance so if you think you'd like longer services its best to mention early.
Some babies still need to eat at night by 12 or even 16 weeks so the goal is not no wake-ups, its as few wake-ups as possible and having good habits in place to go right back to sleep after that feed.
